Posted by: Will | October 21, 2008 | 2 Comments |Hello all,as I did not get a chance to blog last week this week I shall be doing both this week and last in one go.
Over the last two weeks we have been looking at the second music for digital media task 2, which was re-doing the audio on a cartoon, and then this week those task were viewed by the class and feedback was given by the class. I found this time very useful as I have had some problems with putting all the music to the piece of animation, mainly i found it hard to find the right sounds and instrument for each scene and mood. I believe i now have a much better idea of what to do.

The Second Class!
Posted by: Will | September 30, 2008 | 2 Comments |Today in class we started to talk about importing video into logic, we talked about film styles, SMPTE (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers) time code, and got the information and material for the first task. Key commands were also a “key” part of today’s lesson. I found today’s lesson remarkable useful as I had very little idea how to use video in Logic 8. Thanks Julio. As to the first task I am looking forward to working on this task, and I think that if the rest of the module is like this so far i will both enjoy and (hopefully) succeed.
Cheers

Mainly because my old mac mini could not handle all the work and applications needed. Also i was so infused by the brief and the tasks, and want to able and do the work all over the place. I am looking forward to starting.
